When one of the owners was diagnosed with a gluten allergy, we faced a choice: compromise on the ice cream we love, or create something better. We chose better.
What started as a personal mission became our passion—crafting premium ice cream that’s completely gluten-free without sacrificing a single note of flavor. Every batch is made with the same attention to taste and texture that made us fall in love with ice cream in the first place.

A Sweet Show of Support
Our partnership with the Titusville Playhouse is one of our favorite ways to blend art, flavor, and community spirit.
For each show, we create a limited-edition flavor inspired by the production — from colorful musicals to classic plays — and donate the ice cream for the Playhouse to sell during performances.
Every scoop sold benefits the Playhouse directly, with 100% of the proceeds supporting local theater and the performing arts.
